We welcome you to our comfortable, beachfront 4-room vacation home “Ostseezauber” in Boltenhagen, featuring Wi-Fi, a furnished patio, and a sunny balcony. This family-friendly and spacious vacation home was completely renovated in 2025.

The house is located in the Sünnslag residential complex and spans two levels. It is equipped to accommodate 5 guests + 1 child.
On the first floor, the vacation home features a light-filled living and dining area with direct access to the sheltered, furnished terrace with a private garden area. In the living room, you can relax comfortably on the couch or in the recliner. A smart TV is available for your entertainment. You can log in with your account to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and more, and enjoy your favorite shows. The multimedia offerings are rounded out by a DVD player. There is also an extensive collection of DVDs for children and adults, as well as a wide selection of board games for all age groups to choose from. You can also browse through a collection of books and novels. The large dining table provides plenty of space for all guests to dine, play games, and chat together.
The fully equipped separate kitchen offers everything you’re used to at home, including a dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer, and a comprehensive selection of cooking utensils and dishes. In addition to a drip coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine is available for your coffee enjoyment.
Furthermore, the first floor features a bedroom with a sleeper sofa (160 x 200) and a closet, as well as a guest restroom.
