This truly special mountain-top 4 bedroom house, designed by world-renowned architect Bryan MacKay-Lyons, offers the ideal location and configuration at Powder Mountain for an amazing family or friends get-away, for winter, summer, or fall.
Powder Mountain's world-class public skiing is just a couple minutes away. Drive to Hidden Lake, Timberline, or Sundown lodges to access the ~5,000 acres of public skiing (5th largest public resort in US). For those athletically inclined, public skiing can also be navigated via a short hike (about 250 steps, including 50ft vertical rise; ask us for more info to determine if this is a fit for you). Direct ski-in return to home.
Powder Mountain's public side has benefited from massive investment under the new owners, including new lifts serving the amazing skiing at Lightening Ridge (previous to 2024 only accessible via cat) and "Don't Mention It" (DMI). DMI is new for 2026 and provides access to 1,047 acres of previously un-accessible steep, expert terrain!
For all renters in summer and fall, this property provides ready access to all of Powder Mountain's hiking and biking trails, as well as the art walk.
For those that are either members or guests of members of the Powder Haven club, this property provides ski-in/out from the front door (ski-out down to Village Lift; return via ski bridge).
MANY INSPIRING VIEWS are afforded by expansive floor-to-ceiling glass on the south and west side of home. Views capture both tree-lined mountain tops and the Pineview Reservoir in the valley. From the deck, you will be impressed by both the eastern view of emerging Powder Haven village and the western view of The Great Salt Lake, framed by a mountain notch. Spectacular sunrise and sunset.
CONVENIENT LOCATION, just over 1 hour from SLC airport. Despite this perch on top of the world, home is easily accessed by car, with detached garage just feet from front door. An all-wheel-drive vehicle is necessary in winter, as the roads up to Powder Mountain are steep. Maximum of two cars.
In Summer, Powder Mountain’s famous BIKING & HIKING TRAILS are literally out the front door. Drive down to Pineview Reservoir for boating and jet skiing.
