You can drive to downtown in 5 minutes. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a study area, a dining room, a kitchen, and a storage room. It is surrounded by outdoor space that allows you to enjoy your vacation al fresco, featuring lounge seating, a patio, a veranda, a barbecue, and tables and chairs for dining in the shade. The 5-meter by 3-meter pool, which overlooks the gulf, is located on a raised terrace among olive and carob trees. It is available for use from June through September. The entire property is fenced, making it safe to bring your pets. Free parking (2 cars). “House Rules”: CHECK-IN: PLEASE NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE IN CASE OF DELAYS.
